Milledgeville Mayor Mary Parham-Copelan presented her annual State of the City Address during Tuesday night’s city council meeting.
The majority of her comments focused on the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, which forever changed the lives of those in Milledgeville and Baldwin County after it hit in mid-March 2020.
